Usually these blockages occur in pipes siphons, ie the junctions of the drains. The waste is piling up in the traps, they decompose and issue such plumbing (vvs) aromas.

The simplest way to address both how to prevent this difficulty is to remove the siphon cover monthly and cleaned inside. The difficulties at the time of cleaning can be given by the variety of existing traps. Siphons can be integrated, or bottle first plumbing to the bathroom (vvs til bad) cap. The latter is the simplest to bath (bad) clean. Removing the cap located on the side of the tube is easily done.

When a siphon is integral with curved and attached to the toilet with nuts, must be removed completely. When bottle is also complicated, having to unscrew and remove the base. In both cases we need to check the boards, they are not damaged.
